Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Registrations are non-transferable
• Refund :
  • Until 5 days before program start: 80% refund
  • From 5 days to program start: No refunds
    But can be transferred to the next program with 80% carry forward of registration fee
• All transfers should be completed within the next one year
• Refund processing time is 3-4 weeks.

• I understand that the hall doors will close at the session start time and latecomers will not be allowed to enter.
