Program Details
This 2-day in-person program conducted by a trained instructor includes the transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, a powerful and purifying 21-minute energy technique which incorporates the breath, along with rejuvenating and invigorating preparatory asanas.
Completion of all the 7 modules of Inner Engineering Online before May 20 is required in order to be able to attend the completion program.
